He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Memphis in the Herff College of Engineering, bridging the gap between academic theory and practical industrial application. With nearly a decade of experience analyzing assessments, Vladimir previously served as a Data Analysis Lead for NERIS Analytics (the organization behind 16Personalities).
