He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Memphis in the Herff College of Engineering. His passion for development of consistent and nationally applied, statistics based standards for testing and assessments led to the development of ASI.

Dr. Watson enjoys taking complex statistical tables and creating compelling narrative stories that can be clearly understood by non-statisticians. He has been in the field of higher education for over thirty years.
