Throughout his career, Dr. Koerner has held senior-level executive positions for a number of national and international companies.  He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Memphis in the Herff College of Engineering, bridging the gap between academic theory and practical industrial application. His specialized expertise spans the application of advanced statistical models to ensure the validity of behavioral instruments. Ultimately, his passion for the development of consistent, nationally applied, statistics-based standards for assessments led to the creation of the Assessment Standards Institute (ASI).
